As a client liaison between my team and the college, I handled client communication and contact to ensure our course and that of our clients, Flagler College. As a team we developed survey questions that were used by Flagler College regarding COVID-19 regulations on campus. Additionally, we conducted research to help the college with a better understanding of student's morale during the COVID-19 pandemic.
